Returns 

We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective. As we deal with export surplus merchandise, there may be instances where products are not in perfect condition. We conduct thorough quality checks and are transparent about any defects. However, if your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at ennethriftstore@gmail.com and include an unboxing video. This will help us address the issue promptly and effectively.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us photos or a video of the damaged item at ennethriftstore@gmail.com for review. Once we inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange 

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Reselling 

Facing size issues? Reach out to us! Sustainability is our top priority. If your purchase doesn't fit, we'll assist you in reselling the item by featuring it on our Instagram story and tagging you. Interested buyers can then contact you directly to purchase it.
